The white vitreous-enamel chapter ring features highly decorative Arabic numerals, minute markers and elegant dark steel hands.\n    \u003c\/p\u003e\n    \u003cp\u003e\n      The substantial eight-day, time-only movement is fitted with a quality jewelled lever platform escapement, visible through the oval bevelled glass in the top of the case. The movement is unsigned, and no speculative attribution to a particular manufacturer has been made.\n    \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n    \u003ch3\u003eRestoration and operation\u003c\/h3\u003e\n    \u003cp\u003e\n      The clock has been carefully dismantled, cleaned and serviced. The movement has been fully serviced, with Novostar oil applied to the mainspring and synthetic clock oil to the pivots.
